Lilimont provides a personal and comprehensive service to clients when purchasing an Istanbul property based upon our knowledge and experience of the market and the buying process. Once the client has decided on a property in Istanbul, Keith will accompany them to draft the initial pre-contact and deposit payment. After the client’s lawyer has completed the legal paperwork, Keith will take the client to the Land Registry office to sign the final contract and oversee all the procedural formalities of registering the property.
The standard sale commission chargeable to the buyer is 3% as prescribed by Turkish law. However, we can negotiate a lower fee is based upon the sale value of the property and the relative amount of work required to effect the sale.
If required following the purchase, for a small charge, Lilimont will also arrange connection of the utilities, cleaning and rent collection.
